[Ovirt-devel] [Patch] Integrate jquery table widget; convert existing tables to use this format

This patch integrates flexigrid, a jquery plugin that provides a table 
widget with sorting, paging, and searching capabilities. For the moment, 
existing display tables have been pulled along with the same attributes 
we were showing in the old UI. Once we have monitoring columns added to 
the db, we can determine which attributes we really want to show and 
modify accordingly.
