Yes, bootparams we set by default in Cobbler, boot oVirt Node in managed
mode and  this feature is for standalone mode only.
But if admin wants, s/he is free to PXE boot to standalone mode by setting
appropriate kernel options.
As always, you're free to shoot yourself in the foot, but that's the price
of freedom :)
