[Ovirt-devel] Testing nic configuration

1. Let the node boot so that the appropriate entries are created in nics.
2. Change the boot_type_id to be "1" for an entry. This will make it
static ip.
3. Set an IP address, netmask and broadcast address for the nic.
4. Restart the NIC.

After booting, it should have the configured network configuration.
