Similarly with libtool, automake and autoconf for the autogen.sh

After that configure falls over with a pkg-config check error on
libvirt. There doesn't appear to be a libvirt.pc file anywhere. (I
have 0.4.4-2ovirt2 installed according to yum).

I'll leave it there for now.
