when I think of it, this doesn't make much sense in /etc/issue -
better to put it in /etc/motd
Then you're sure somebody is actually looking at it. Also /etc/issue
is owned by ovirt-node-release (will post patch in a second)

Put the message in /etc/motd (you can just overwrite it, default is
empty) and print also /etc/motd in firstboot menu,
which is actually the first screen shown to the user when installing
the node locally in stand-alone mode.
