Hey Michel,
   Thanks for submitting this. To be honest though I'm in the process of
completely rewriting that component. We pushed it the other day as is in
its ugly form to meet the Fedora deadline, but now that we have some
more time, I am working on cleaning up the javascript for the frontend,
namely so that the static html contents isn't in the javascript code.

Just looking at it, your patch looks like it fixes the issue where the
nics / networks are not saved on form submission, and if I end up using
your fixes, I'll credit you in the commit log. Once again, thanks for
the submission.
