Figured it out.  The target name was incorrect, it needs to have the iqn.

A nice add-on to avoid this kind of thing would be to have a discovery 
section to the wizard.  This way you could enter in the ip address of 
the san and have it do a discover and list the available targets, then 
select the target you want from there.  Does this sound like some worth 
adding?

Also, should the storage wizard have a section for authentication in the 
event it's enabled on the san?
