[Ovirt-devel] problem starting ovirt-appliance

Hi,

I have encountered the following problem:

[root vmodev01 ~]# virsh start ovirt-appliance
libvir: QEMU error : internal error failed to set CPU affinity Permission
denied
error: Failed to start domain ovirt-appliance

Would you please help me solve it. Its very much appriciated.
