[Ovirt-devel] anyterm / ovirt integration

The following patch set contains the neccesary changes to 
integrate the anyterm web terminal into the ovirt framework.

Changes, as provided in the patchset, are neccessary to the server, 
node, and node-image for everything to work properly. 

Additionally the anyterm rpm must be available to be able to be pulled
into a node on installation / first-boot. This will be provided (along
with a tarball of the changes which I made to the anyterm codebase)
in a follow up email shortly. The anyterm rpm should be provided
in the public ovirt repo, and subsequently in fedora in the near 
future.
