well, I hoped it's possible to run any Puppet action at will, but
you're saying we should put that in a shell script?
ovirt-pxe script is gone from node-image RPM, it was only adding
IPAPPEND 2 in pxelinux.cfg
We could also just document that after installing update
ovirt-node-image RPM, admin is responsible to run:
# cd /usr/share/ovirt-node-image; livecd-iso-to-pxeboot
ovirt-node-image.iso; cobbler sync

if triggering "node_image_iso_to_pxe" manually is not possible
