[Ovirt-devel] Problems Configuring Ovirt

Greetings Everyone,

     I have a question here regarding the ovirt node during boot. I have
configured ovirt-server with all the procedures followed from wiki and
finished each successfully. Also i tried booting one of the nodes with
ovirt-node image through PXE boot. The machine which i booted got an dhcp IP
(hostname) and was listed in the ovirt web gui. But there is a issue i have
been seeing that i am not able to get the machine status, which looks to be
always listed as "unavailable (enabled)".

I have tried running

[root at management ~]# ruby
/usr/share/ovirt-server/qmf-libvirt-example.rbError looking up SRV record:
DNS result has no information for _qpidd._tcp.ovirt.priv
Error looking up SRV record: DNS result has no information for _qpidd._tcp
/usr/share/ovirt-server/qmf-libvirt-example.rb:12: Unable to determine qpid
server from DNS SRV record (RuntimeError)
[root at management ~]#

I am guessing libvirt-qpid deamon is not running properly on the ovirt-node
image. (As per the document)

A snippet from "taskomatic.log" similar logs in db-omatic.log too.

 running on the ovirt-node image

Even i tried booting the ovirt-node image in single user mode, but the "rc1"
script constantly fails and doesn't allow single user mode log in.

So in turn when all of this is happening each of my VM start, shutdown all
go for a toss . Each task is queued and goes into pend state.

Can anyone help me to figure out what might be the problem here?.
