Make sense? Alan mentioned that rc.sysinit has some hooks that we might be able to leverage to get around modifying the actual script.<br>

Alan.. were you thinking a custom module in /etc/sysconfig/modules which basically calls mount_config and mount_logs from the ovirt functions directory?<font color="#888888"><br></font></blockquote></div><br>yeah, that's one place I was considering, but after talking to dlutter I'll revamp the config presistence to use existing STATE_MOUNT mechanism in rc.sysinit and remove mount_* from ovirt-early.<br>
This will mount /config early enough so that persisted fstab with an entry for /var/log takes effect.<br><br>
