The node gets valid ip adress from ovirt dhcp server but it is never reachable<br>

Since I have not another machine to test as node, I tried to pxe boot a virtual machine and it works fine (it appears in the ovirt web interface) bt of course I cannot use it.<br>
<br></blockquote><div><br>You should either wipe or disconnect local disk where you had RHEV Hypervisor installed.<br><a href="http://ovirt.org">ovirt.org</a> Node uses the same HostVG for local installation, so it will automatically mount and use RHEV-H persisted configuration.<br>
