Yes!!

I had the same problem.. I was trying to upgrade my 3.0.3 system and the
damn thing kept rebooting on me every few minutes...

I tried calling redhat and alas they offer no phone support (only email)
which of course was difficult considering my system was hosed!!!

I ended up grabbing another hard drive installing fresh onto that, and
then putting both disks into the system and copying everything over..

Of course it was upsetting, that the only messages I got from the computer
was

"preparing to restart your computer" or some other nonsense.. made me very
unhappy.. but I'll say this, redhat 4.1 was almost definitely worth it..

Maybe redhat should look into offering support packages or something..
(not as part of the package, but some sort of an add on)

i know the university would have paid for it...
