What you think is also off-topic. And no "f" words on this list, please.

And when you don't know something for sure, you ask first: "Does PAM have
anything to do with Xauthority management ?" and you'll get an response
"No. Look at http://www.redhat.com/linux-info/pam/what_pam_is_not.html";.

Coming and telling PAM developers that "it's possible" that PAM is at
blame for this _after_ you've got a response that PAM have nothing to do
with it doesn't show a very positive light on your research on the
problem.

And since you've told us that you fixed that "NOT off-topic" problem with
Xauthority, we'd like to have a patch or something for the PAM part.
