Libpam loads the configuration for your app (/etc/pam.d/su or
/etc/pam.d/login) and also loads the configuration for 'other' from
/etc/pam.d/other. The fact that the 'other' config is messed up does not
show up unless your 'su' (etc.) configuration is insufficient (something
is missing from it, like a 'session' line).

Yes its normal given the config you are using for 'other'. You might
like to fix that and the warnings will go away. In general, you have not
compromised the security of your system.
