pam_cracklib ubg fixing

Hi there,

I applied the fix provided by Nathanael in pam_cracklib (see bug 
#1010142) in the subversion tree.

The actual problem is that in certain cases, the algorithm is ignoring 
the last letter of passwords.


You can get the subversion tree by typing:

svn checkout svn://svn.berlios.de/pam-st


you can also browse the viewsvn: http://svn.berlios.de/viewcvs/pam-st/
I maintain the file called "ChangeLog" which is different from the 
actual file CHANGELOG.
