[ANNOUNCEMENT] Linux-PAM 0.78

The Linux-PAM developement team is pleased to announce the release
0.78.

This release mainly includes patches from distributions which were not
merged into upstream.
But also bugfixes sent by several people in the project's bugtracker[1]
and patch manager[1].

See the CHANGES file for details.

You can find the tar archives "Linux-PAM-0.78.tar.gz" and
"Linux-PAM-0.78-docs.tar.gz" on ftp.kernel.org and all mirrors
in the directory /pub/linux/libs/pam/pre/library/

Also, if you are in charge of the package in your distribution, we would
like to hear from you.

We would like to thank all contributors and bug trackers who helped to
make Linux-PAM what it is today.
