Using pam_pwdb.so AND pam_unix?

I'm need to be able to log password changes like pam_pwdb.so does, but I
also want to enforce password history like remember= option in
pam_unix.so.  (this is Red Hat Linux 9.0).  Can I somehow use both pwdb
and unix.so together so I can both record password changes and enforce
password history?
