Linux-PAM 0.99.2.1 released

Hello,

The Linux-PAM developement team is pleased to announce the release
of version 0.99.2.1.

It only contains some few changes:

* Fix install of PS, PDF, TXT and HTML files
* pam_mail: Update README, make work easier for translators
* Use %m consistent
* pam_modutil_getlogin: Fix parsing of PAM_TTY variable
