Linux-PAM 0.79 released

Hi,

The Linux-PAM developement team is pleased to announce the 0.79
Linux-PAM release. 

This release is safer and stronger than before, including bugfixes we
have been aware of. 
We also introduced experimental support of prelude ids
(http://www.prelude-ids.org).
