Trying to build Linux-PAM-0.99.4.0 with FAKEROOT

Linux-PAM is using autoconf/automake since some time now, so it
supports the standard DESTDIR variable for this.

FAKEROOT isn't supported anymore and not mentioned in the documentation
coming with Linux-PAM.
