Linux-PAM 0.99.8.1 released

The Linux-PAM developement team is pleased to announce the release
of version 0.99.8.1

This is a bug fix only release, which fixes two regressions
introduced with the 0.99.8.0 release:

- Fix return code of audit subsystem if application does not
  run as root.
- Fix compiling with --disable-nls

Please report bugs to the sourceforge bug tracking system.
