[Patternfly] Publish in Bower registry

All, 

What's the current planning around when the PatternFly Bower package will be marked "public" and published in the Bower registry? 

LiveOak, Keycloak, and soon Aerogear UPS, all use PatternFly in developing their consoles. It would simplify our build processes if we were able to declare the dependency with Bower and have it installed by Bower, as opposed to downloading the library version we need to directly include in the project.
