[Patternfly] Help Text in Pages

Hi Ramaseshan,

Thanks for your interest in PatternFly.  When you say "help modal," are you referring to a global help system of some type?  Or is this something more contextual?  If the former, you could consider adding a Help link in the utility bar on the upper right of the page header.  If that later, it would make better sense to integrate something into the screen itself, I think.  

Can you share more information on what your specific use case is?
