[Patternfly] tooltip delay

[Matt Carrano]

We can definitely consider a "tooltip" pattern.  But in the mean time it seems like this is easily customizable.  Robb, do you think it makes sense to add a second set of tooltip examples with the delay set to 2 seconds?  People might want the immediate pop-up or delayed tip depending on context.
