[Patternfly] allow cross-page selection in grids?

Hi, 

We have an open request [1] to allow selection of items in a grid (data-table) 
across pages (e.g. be able to select items in page 1 of the data-table, navigate 
to page 2 of the data-table, select additional items in page 2 without losing 
the selection of the ones in page 1, etc.). 
Any guidelines / support / plans from PatternFly about this?
