[Patternfly] allow cross-page selection in grids?

Hi Leslie, thank you for the prompt and detailed reply!

I am looking first and foremost for guidelines; i.e. if the guideline 
would be, for example, that "cross-page selection of items in tables 
is not supported in / encouraged by PatternFly", I will be able to close 
this bugzilla item. 
If the guideline would be that such a capability is supported / encouraged, 
then ultimately I would probably need also an implementation for that 
(though extremely not urgent at this point in time). 

I will make sure to monitor the links that you have provided.
