[Patternfly] jQuery Dependency

in oVirt, we use jquery-1.11 in the main app, and jQuery 2 in at least 1
contained iframe. We're planning to upgrade oVirt-engine to jQuery (and
PatternFly) latest sometime in the next 2 weeks.
