[Patternfly] Support for PatternFly UI components to JBossTools HTML editor palette

Hi Slava, we currently don't have a CDN or a way to hotlink PatternFly
styles or behaviours.

The only way to use it is by downloading the files, or using one of the
packages managers (bower or npm).

If having the files available is a requirement, We can look into putting
PatternFly into a CDN network.
