[Patternfly] Requirements for Table View

Hey everyone,

One of PatternFly's priorities is to get the Table View (
http://www.patternfly.org/pattern-library/content-views/table-view/#_)
implemented and up-to-date with current needs and requirements.

Currently, our pattern design doc defines these requirements:
* Toolbar with filter and actions
* Sorting
* Select Row(s)
* Hover State
* Inline Actions
* Row Shading

And lists these requirements as future:
* Pagination
* Column customization
* Simple Sort
* Ability to expand and collapse rows to give user the option to view more
details on each item
* Multi Column Sort
* Sticky Column Headers

I've also heard the need for:
* Hide/Show Columns
* Resize Columns

Previously, we've introduced datatables.net (https://datatables.net/)
however have yet to do the dev work to get this to match what the design
docs specify. We've come to a point where we want to:
* Evaluate datatable.net to ensure that this is the best choice
* If not, decide what other options there might be that we could introduce
OR whether or not we want to create/maintain something custom.

I'm reaching out here to ensure that we have gathered all the requirements
needed for the data view. Please let me know if there is additional
features/functionality that need to be considered so that we can properly
evaluate solutions.

We would like to get this work kicked off next sprint so would appreciate
feedback as soon as possible (let's say July 15 at the latest).

Many thanks!
Leslie
