[Patternfly] Proposed changes to Vertical Navigation

If we are going to be reworking this, can we also be sure to change the
example we are using to not be so product specific?  Some of you may recall
that the current example, which is close to (but not identical to) what we
designed for the Storage USM product caused considerable confusion in
development.  I think we agreed after that to keep our examples more
generic.
