[Patternfly] Vertical Navigation Pattern - additional Tertiary Navigation and optional features documentation

Jeremy: There is a "state" in which the vertical nav drops down to just
icons but we have not documented a version with just icons.

Adam: Right now, the icon is the same. Can you give an example of what you
would expect?
