[Patternfly] Updated Balsamiq Mockups template for PatternFly is available

I have created an updated version of the PatternFly template for Balsamiq
Mockups.  This is useful for anyone using Mockups to create wireframes that
will later be implemented in PatternFly.  The templates and instructions
about how to use can be found in a shared folder here:

- Touchspin Widget
- Aggregate Status Cards

- Additional PatternFly custom icons
