[Patternfly] Event List / Event Log / Recent Activities

Yeah, I can see some close similarities so gathering use cases would be
really helpful. It might be a nice light weight option for applications
that don't need the robust features/functions of the notifications drawer.
For example, in addition to being persistent on the the dashboard only, it
seems from the current mock ups that other differences are that you can
simply just drill down vs taking any action.
