[Patternfly] Notification Drawer Headings

I though about that during the implementation, but decided to follow the spec, that was saying that it expands by clicking on the heading. Also, that is the way the current accordions currently work. 
If we decide to make everything clickable, this should be applied also for the accordion component to be consistent.
