This is the new UI we're working towards for the page that collects all 
messages on the system. More filter options etc. to track down that 
thing that makes your system go boinkers

Requirements: Not sure what this mean, but I'll note that Cockpit is 
limited to things that journald supports, or what we can make journald 
support.
