[Patternfly] Vertical menu hiding example

Hi PatternFly,
Here's an example of the vertical navigation interaction that we are
thinking about using in iPaaS. The idea is that the vertical navigation
would show on main pages: Homepage, the main landing page for each primary
navigation. It then is hidden as the user enters into a detailed
create/edit flow or page so the user can focus in on the content they are
working with, but they can get back to the hamburger menu if needed for
navigation.
