[Patternfly] September PatternFly Monthly Report

September was a community focused month for the PatternFly team as
evidenced by various special events and appearances. We have also started
actively contributing to our new design repo so that designs and docs are
available to everyone to view and comment. Big thanks to all the bold
designers that have taken on the challenge of getting cozy with GitHub! I
know it's a brave new world. Also a big thanks to all the patient
developers that helped to guide the way. I encourage you to watch or star

up-to-date on the all the latest PatternFly designs.

September Events:

   - First ever PatternFly hack-a-thon in Raleigh and Westford.
   - Meet-up with our design community members from Smashing Boxes to talk
   about the project and design in open source.
   - Big thank you to Kyle Buchanan and Patrick Riley for organizing the
