[Patternfly] Examples of Communication/Confirmation via modal

Agree that this is a great topic to address somehow/somewhere.  The flip
side of what Greg is saying are other projects where we've gone to great
lengths to avoid modals and end up with overly complex edit in place type
flows.  There needs to be some guidance on when to use a modal and when
not, IMO.
