[Patternfly] Moving /less files to /src/less in Patternfly

Hi,

We have an open PR that moves the Patternfly /less files into the source
directory /src/less
https://github.com/srambach/patternfly/tree/ptnfly1599-move-less

If you are consuming the .less files in your project, this may be a
breaking change.  (For example, if you are importing the Patternfly .less
into your .less files in order to use variables, mixins, etc.)

We believe it makes sense to group the .less files with the other source
files in this way, but would like to hear from everyone on this, and
whether it will be a large problem for you to incorporate this change into
your own projects.
