[Patternfly] disabled columns in Table View

Cool, thanks for sharing this requirement Greg! I agree that the gray is
not legible.

I've added this to the table view requirements doc [1] (even though I think
this could be a style under typography so the "disable" text can be used
elsewhere, the table view with the blue color is a good consideration). I
also create a story [2] for this if you want to "watch" it to stay up to
date on its status.
