[Patternfly] Request for working Card View filter

That's correct, the full implementation is just on the table view for Core
PatternFly. You can check out the angular implementation here:
http://angular-patternfly.rhcloud.com/#/api/patternfly.filters.directive:pfFilter

Looks like there is bug on the table view (core) and the filter is not
working as it should. I've filed a bug for this and we will look at this
next sprint. https://patternfly.atlassian.net/browse/PTNFLY-2084
