[PatternFly] Validating on each keystroke

Hi Sam,

My bad. I didn't notice the validation on each keystroke only happens the
second time you focus the input boxes.
It's the first time I see such strategy.
I like the "Reward early, punish late." strategy mentioned in the article I
added to the end of my previous message.
I'd love to know what the UX specialists think about it.
