[PatternFly] 3.25.0 release of PatternFly

The UXD team is proud to announce the 3.25.0 release of PatternFly. This
release includes the following changes.

# Release Notes

## Breaking changes
- In order to keep `list-pf` agnostic we are removing all styles related
to`list-pf-content` and introducing them under a new class named
`list-pf-content-flex`.

    If you are using [List with content items](
https://rawgit.com/patternfly/patternfly/master-dist/dist/tests/list-pf.html)
you must add this new class `list-pf-content-flex` as a modifier of
`list-pf-content` like this:
    <div class="list-pf-content list-pf-content-flex">

## Enhancements
- Update to jQuery 3 #637
- Split the jQuery plugins into individual source files #563
- Make jekyll an optional requirement for the build. #569

## Bug Fixes
- Moves flex on list content to an additional class #652
- Remove @supports flex for ie11 #645
