[PatternFly] 🚨New blog alert: Research update on navigation and visual themes

It came to my attention (thank you Rebecca) that the conclusion of this
blog got truncated. It's up to date now, however I'm also sending inline of
this thread for quick reference....

Development will begin immediately to introduce the dark navigation theme
> to PatternFly. To ensure applications have adequate time to adopt and
