Hi Andy,

There's an icon fontset available from this page that you can utilize
https://www.patternfly.org/v4/design-guidelines/styles/icons (direct link
https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-next/blob/master/src/patternfly/assets/pficon/pficon.ttf
)

Another alternative is just to use the CSS and use icon classes (available
in the page).
The page also has SVG downloads for specific icons as well
