If Apache2 and Evolution are using pthread_create GLIBC_2 0, then they are
clearly improperly built (as I don't expect them to be compiled against
glibc 2.0 - missing -lpthread when linking one of their shared libraries
which is using these functions).
The @GLIBC_2.0 and @@GLIBC_2.1 functions are not different to save a
tiny bit of memory, but are different because in glibc 2.0
pthread_attr_t used to be smaller.
Your patch is wrong, because you are suddenly accessing random data
past the end of the structure.
