[PATCH] s/__linuxthreads/__nptl/g in nptl_db



This patch modifies the symbol names in nptl_db to match the ones in
nptl.

Note that it might be better instead to rename __nptl* to
__linuxthreads*.
However, if I correctly understand the code, there is no functionality
difference between this approach and the patch.
