RE: scheduling parameters



Is it because the kernel missed the most basic RT, NPTL did not implement
some Realtime thread functions like pthread_mutexattr_getprotocol,
pthread_mutexattr_setprioceiling and other?

It's not supported because the kernel misses the most basic RT
capabilities (RT-safe futex wake-up).
